Warm WELCOME to Wing Chun Class 1
Your Wing Chun journey with Master Zhang begins here! In this class, Master Zhang advises you to stay patient and work diligently on the basics. You'll learn the Wing Chun stance, its fighting style, and three fundamental hand techniques: Chongquan (Punch), Tanshou, and Paishou. You start your training with a 14 Joints Warm-Up!

Class 2: Reinforce and Expand Your Skills
In this class, Master Zhang will review the Wing Chun Punch, Tanshou, and Paishou from Class 1 to reinforce your foundation. Repetition is key, so don't skip it! You'll also learn three new hand techniques: Fushou, Zhenshou, and Bangshou. Start with a warm-up and enjoy new shoulder and hip exercises!

Class 3: Mastering Xiao Niantou and Gengshou
