Class 11: Partner Training with Double Sticky Hands
In this class, invite a partner to practice the Double Sticky Hands technique! You'll begin with a traditional warm-up called "The Wild Crane Opens Its Wings," designed to develop back and leg power. Then, master the Double Sticky Hands technique in two parts: first individually, then together, using combos to strengthen coordination, elbows, and core stability. Make sure both of you are comfortable with the Single Sticky Hand technique before starting.
